General:
Currency: All prices are listed in USD. Local taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees may apply based on your country and payment method. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Disputes: If a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute for a purchase that was delivered as described, we reserve the right to challenge the claim and restrict future purchases. This helps protect our digital intellectual property and community standards.
Global Disclaimer:
This policy applies to all customers regardless of geographic location. By purchasing from Well Curated Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below, which comply with applicable consumer laws where we operate. For EU, UK, and other international customers, additional rights may apply under local regulations (see below).
Digital Products (Templates, Downloads, Workbooks, Notion Systems):
All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and are considered non-refundable. This includes:
- Showit website templates
- Notion dashboard templates
- Copy prompt generators
- Strategy guides and workbooks
- PDF downloads and AI prompt packs
- No refunds will be issued due to:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Incompatibility with user preferences or platforms
However, if you experience a technical issue (such as broken links, corrupt files, or access problems), we’re happy to resolve it. Please contact us at support@wellcuratedstudio.com within 7 days of purchase.
Virginia residents: In accordance with Virginia law, our refund policy is clearly disclosed at the point of sale to ensure transparency and compliance.
EU Customers: Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days unless the download or streaming begins immediately and the customer consents to forfeiting that right. By purchasing from Well Curated Studio, EU customers acknowledge they lose this withdrawal right upon instant access to digital files or content delivery.
Courses & Digital Programs
Due to the immediate access to course materials, all course sales are final.
If your product includes a multi-module program or course, you are responsible for ensuring your own implementation. We do not guarantee specific results and therefore do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
Note: Virginia law requires that refund policies be conspicuously posted; our policy is displayed prominently during the purchase process.
1:1 Services (VIP Days, Custom Template Setups, Strategy Sessions)
For all services that involve booking time or delivering custom work:
A non-refundable deposit (50–100%) is required at time of booking
If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance
No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the session without refund
If your VIP Day or 1:1 includes pre-work or assets, failure to submit these materials on time may delay delivery, but will not qualify for a refund.
Virginia Clients: Our service agreements comply with Virginia's disclosure requirements for refund policies.
Subscriptions (Memberships, Recurring Access Products)
If you are subscribed to a recurring plan (monthly, quarterly, etc.):
You may cancel at any time, but cancellations must be submitted 48 hours before the next billing cycle
No partial refunds are issued for unused time
Instructions for cancellation will be included in your onboarding materials or via support@wellcuratedstudio.com.
